About Gianfranco
I am a physical trainer and high performance trainer received in ipef in 2018 and I also practice the calisthenics discipline since 2013 both personally and competitively, I have national and South American titles, also as judge in many competitions, hold workshops in different universities dedicated to sports and currently I lead a large group of training, all this summarizing to not make it longer, I am a person very dedicated to what I do and calisthenics is the future of training

I am a very open person, I accept any kind of person who wants to see how far I can go and also people who want no more than physical results and look good / feel good, etc. My class has obviously like any class a "structure" so to speak, but it adapts to each person, their physical abilities, objectives and abilities at the time, I am a very empathetic teacher with my students and I try to motivate them as much as possible and acerles see that the limits are put one!
