I have been practicing yoga for more than 11 years, having practiced and taught in Spain, the United States, Panama, Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom. Classes are made to relax body and mind, following the vinyasa flow style. Classes usually include a small breathing practice (pranayama) or meditation and a physical practice, but they adapt to the needs and conditions of each student. I teach classes at home, group classes in yoga studies and business classes. Private yoga classes in English or Spanish. The classes are vinyasa-based and aimed to release physical and mental tension, following the rhythm of the breath and soft acoustic music. The classes tend to include a small meditation and breathing practice along with a physical practice, but adapt to the needs of each student.

Perfect! Lucía es una gran profesora y muy profesional. Llevo varios meses teniendo clases online de yoga Vinyasa con ella. Sus clases me gustan mucho. Son dinámicas y fluidas, y sales muy relajado.

Lucía es una profe super dulce, adapta las clases según la zona que quiero trabajar asi que cuando llega el savasanah final estoy super relajada - entro en flow en sus clases y salgo con super buena energia!Me encantó! Lucía personaliza cada clase para conseguir que trabaje bien la musculatura y a la vez me quede completamente relajado mentalmente. Da el 100% en cada una de sus clases, y sabe adaptar la clase si me encuentro con alguna lesión o si simplemente estoy agotado después del trabajo. Es una gozada!
Super recomendable! Lucía sabe adaptar la clase a mis necesidades, ayudandome a desarrollar fuerza y flexibilidad y dejandome como nueva, completamente relajada despues del curro!
