Eva Dandona is a seasoned yoga instructor with over 9 years of experience, offering personalized online 1-2-1 yoga sessions. She holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification accredited by Yoga Alliance and a Master's degree in Yoga. Additionally, she is certified in holistic practices such as crystal healing and pranic healing. Eva's yoga journey began in her childhood, finding solace and strength through the practice during challenging times. Her approach combines traditional yoga with modern wellness techniques, aiming to foster physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She offers tailored sessions that blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga, incorporating mindfulness and breathwork. Her classes are designed to meet individual goals, whether it's stress relief, flexibility, or overall wellness.
