Hello,
My name's Cam, a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. I understand that starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable and motivated.
I enjoy helping people of all fitness levels, whether you're completely new to exercise, looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness, or simply develop healthier habits. My approach is centred around consistency, realistic goal setting and making fitness enjoyable and sustainable.
Outside of training, I have a strong interest in health, wellbeing and personal development. I believe that fitness is more about more than just physical appearance. It's about improving your overall quality of life, confidence and mental wellbeing.
