About Evelina
I am a former professional gymnast and swimmer who has been practising fitness, yoga and pilates with qualified specialists in the field for over 3 years. My flexibility and strength developed from my former sports helped me transition from a student to a teacher. I want to share my passion for moving my body with others helping inspire them to be in harmony with themselves and achieve their dream physique.

My lessons involve mobility, strength, working both inner and outer muscles, stretching and being in tune with your body. Exercises involve conditioning, elasticity, flexibility, agility and endurance. We work with equipment such as resistance bands, small weights and dumbbells as well as workouts without equipment and with the focus on using our bodies as our main tool. After working out we are at peace with both our body and our mind filling body with dopamine and keeping steady energy and positive mindset constant throughout the day.
