About Abigail
I am a former professional dancer and ballet teacher. I earned my degree at UCT. I gained most of my experience in dance while I was traveling. My career has evolved and I am in the marketing industry in the endurance race/fitness industry. I am an avid runner and fitness enthusiast and work in marketing but still enjoy teaching fitness classes. I teach barre and mat classes.

About My Pilates Classes My Pilates sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I tailor each class to your needs by focusing on core stability, posture, and mindful movement. We will use light weights and resistance bands to build lean strong muscles.
