About Asim
Hi
My name is Asim I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, one of the youngest in the UK with over 2 years of experience.
I have worked with students, older people as well as young teens. I am a level 2 Gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer and soon to be level 4 boxing coach.

I specialize in weight loss, conditioning and muscle endurance. I will help you achieve your goals in no time if you put in the work. I have worked with all sorts of clients from losing fat to putting on kilos of muscle. If you can dream it, you can do it. I do 1 to 1 sessions or group sessions. It is a 1-hour session specially designed for your needs.

Details
My rates are very reasonable as a lot of Personal Trainers will charge you £35-40 for 45 minutes. Cancellation can only be accepted 24 hours prior to the lesson if it is anything after 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee which will be the total cost of the sessions excluding the travel expenses.
Prices are negotiable for multiple lesson bookings but not for one lesson itself.
