I teach online one to one clases and also group clases of ladies with none or little experience in fitness.
As a mum I know that time is gold and by my own experience I know that only 30 min of training a day 5 days a week can bring amazing results in weight loss and body transformation.
I take my clients step by step, I create programs and meal plans based in their goals, is all about them achieving their fitness goals.
