About Krasi
After I ended my weightlifting career in 2017, new horizons opened up in my personal development. After careful consideration, I decided to act as a personal trainer in the field of fitness and sports-specific training. For many years I have been dealing intensively with the human body, its habits, its interaction with food and the environment. In combination with years of intensive training and the many mistakes that have made me stronger, I have acquired knowledge that helps me to professionally support my clients in their endeavors.
