About Caitlin
I have a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation majoring in Exercise Science from AUT. I also have my own business, Raise The Bar Health and Fitness and I’m a personal trainer with over ten years of experience. I built my business from the ground up, driven by a passion for helping others reach their potential. I love teaching students and inspiring them to see fitness as more than just exercise. It’s a path to confidence, mental wellbeing, and lifelong health. My goal is to make learning about fitness and physical education both fun and meaningful. Whether you're looking to improve your skills, deepen your understanding, or achieve certain goals, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
