About Mònica
I am Mónica, with a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. With more than 8 years in the sector.
I am a fitness technician, functional training, directed classes and swimming courses.
It has been more than 4 years since I began to work on balance through verticals, where I have and am going through a long learning process.
The fact of recording through the videos has allowed me to analyze my technique and focus and work on my weak points. Not only have I improved joint mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength, it has also increased my confidence and discipline.
