About Julian
I'm Julian Parson- a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS) with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Winthrop University in South Carolina, USA. As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I understand firsthand what it takes to perform, recover, and grow- both physically and mentally. My coaching blends the discipline of high-performance sport with the care and precision of rehabilitative training. I work with athletes and general clients to help them move better, train smarter and achieve results that last. Every session is rooted in purpose, built on trust and tailored to your individual goals.

My Approach Every session is tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals. I focus on proper technique, progressive strength training, conditioning, and mobility. You’ll not only work hard, but also learn why we’re doing each exercise—so you can train smarter, not just harder.
