About Amy
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for helping people become stronger, fitter and more confident in themselves.
My approach is all about making training enjoyable, challenging and sustainable. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve your fitness, lose body fat, prepare for an event or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, I’ll help you create a plan that works for you.
I believe training should be purposeful and progressive, while still fitting into your lifestyle. I’m big on proper technique, structured programming and helping clients understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Most importantly, I want you to leave every session feeling like you’ve achieved something.

Train with me at the gym in Surry Hills where I coach, with every session tailored specifically to your goals, training experience and needs.
You’ll receive a personalised training program designed around what you want to achieve, with me there to coach you through each session, make sure your technique is on point and keep you progressing.
Can’t make it into the gym? I also offer online coaching if you have access to a gym, including a personalised program and ongoing support so you can train independently with the structure and guidance you need.
