I’m Elena, a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor with a background as a professional dancer. After years in the performing arts, I fell in love with movement itself, not just dance. I now help others connect to their bodies, build strength, and move with confidence. My approach blends functional fitness, mindful movement, and a dancer’s attention to form and flow. Whether you're a beginner or a performer, I’ll support you in finding joy, power, and purpose in every session.
