I’m a level 3 qualified personal training and sports coach. I specialise in all aspects of fitness training from Body building to fat loss. I have worked with young children to help with their general fitness or developing specific sports skills. I have recently specialised in pre and post Cancer treatment patients.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Qualified in personal training level 3. £30ph from exercise for online Gamers, bodybuilding to some active fun. Prevention is better than the cure. Life will throw you some challenges at some point, time to get battle ready. For all ages, From 121 to small groups (active fun as a family)
