Classes last one hour! We exploit them 100%, we work strength and aerobic. The dynamics of the class is always modified so that it does not become routine and boring, but we always work full body (whole body) in search of your goal. The exercises can be adapted depending on whether you are a beginner, advanced or have any physical discomfort.
