About Viv
I facilitate guided meditations as a way of sharing the nurturing power of this practice that leads to mindful living and self-discovery. Why do I meditate? Meditation is my spiritual tool to calm and nurture my inner world while I navigate the constant activity of the outer world. It centers and grounds me into a sense of returning home. It lifts my awareness so that I am above the clouds of thought and emotion, and not lost within them. It connects me to joy, peace, and acceptance. Allow me to guide you to discover this too! I am a certified practitioner that has trained with Rod Galbraith at InYoga, and ever-inspired by the teachings of Lara Zilibowitz of Body Poetry Yoga.

Viv is such a down to earth, kind and empathetic soul. I highly recommend having a one on one experience either for a casual drop in or a deep healing session. She's helped me in my lowest points in life where I felt so disconnect with my body and she was able to help me return back to self with her nurturing voice.
Viv's meditations were uniquely tailored to me and my circumstances. She gets to know your current life situation (from issues to aspirations etc), builds an intuitive profile and then tailors the session to it perfectly, no single meditation was ever really the same.
Her voice is incredibly soothing and relaxing as well which really helps getting into a deep meditative state.Viv is a fantastic meditation guide for so many reasons! She has such a soothing voice, she tailors each session to the needs and intentions of the members in the group (or individual), she provides a safe space and remains professional at all times. Working with Viv has allowed to me proactively set aside time for myself, which is difficult as a busy mum of two. I always feel refreshed, relaxed and reflective after each of her guided meditation sessions. I highly recommend Viv's services.
