About Armen
In my youth I was an athlete in wrestling, American football, and track. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, I moved to the countryside. I made a living as a farmer and craftsman and had to keep my body strong and injury free. In these 40 years of life I developed my body, nutrition, and techniques for sustainable health and strength.

Each lesson is designed to suit the goal of the client, whether it's strength, speed, stamina, or bulking. I design my workouts to be active with little rest between sets so to maximize my time with the clients and to get a good cardiovascular workout in the process.
