About Anagha
I'm a multidisciplinary strategist with experience spanning across Theatre, Architecture, Brand Design and currently building a startup- but the common thread has always been the same: understanding human behavior and solving complex problems.
At my core, I am deeply curious about people.
What drives me isn’t titles or frameworks. It’s the ability to sit with someone, understand how they think, identify what’s actually blocking them, and help them design a way forward that feels aligned and intelligent.
I’ve worked in executive roles and alongside multinational teams, but what truly defines my work is in really identifying the blocks, notice patterns.
I see where strategy and psychology intersect. And I care about building solutions that fit the person- because there really isn’t a one size fits all approach that is sustainable long-term.
If you’re thoughtful, ambitious, or frustrated by generic advice that doesn’t quite fit you, we’ll probably get along.

My sessions are not lectures, and they’re not motivational speeches.

Expect depth, honesty, and structure — but also adaptability. Some sessions may focus on strategic planning. Others may focus on decision-making, habit redesign, or mindset shifts grounded in behavioral psychology.
The goal is simple: clarity, self-leadership, and sustainable progress that feels aligned rather than forced.
