Now, with over 25 years’ experience in fine‑dining, commercial kitchens, pubs, and private settings, I’m here to help you do the same—with real ingredients you can actually access. In my classes, you’ll rediscover the excitement of cooking. We’ll learn playful experimentation, plus practical batch‑cooking so wholesome meals are always ready when you’re after flavour without fuss.
