About Sarah
I am a Health Coach who has been coaching since 2020, with background in mental health and leadership when supervising a group home. I have a BS in Psychology and the Life Sciences, and all of this background comes together in my holistic approach to coaching. My philosophy is that everyone is able to grow toward who they wish to become, and that all aspects of their health conjoin to create them as they are.

My approach is based in positive psychology, with client-lead Motivational Interviewing style conversations. I will utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, person-centered care (YOU are always your best expert!), and an inquisitive gentle guiding approach to navigating whatever current challenges you are working on.
