About Janny
feel comfortable in a complex environment in which various parties play a role and in which I can perform a managerial and advisory role. In this I can get quick overview, to distinguish main business of side issues and care for the customer function between various parties. Connecting people and processes fits well with me. I speak the language of various parties and can bring the parties together. In a managerial role, I have eye for the human aspect and don’t lose the relationship and personal development. Also, I am good in student guidance. I come from higher education and have a master communication management. I help students to turn in their strengths and help them with their presentation skills, planning and organisation of work tasks, personal coaching and thinking in possibilities and positivity.

I am good in student guidance. I come from higher education and have a master communication management. My teaching method is knowledge sharing. Students can help each other with their skills and knowledge. A tool I use is I like, I wish method. I approach student individual of in small groups.
