About Marilyn
Education is important. To retain the eagerness to learn and become a lifelong learner is a goal of mine for every person I work with no matter the age.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education Studies late last year and got additional pedagogy courses to refine my teaching skills. I kickstarted my own online tutoring business mid-pandemic and have been given the opportunity to work with multiple people who are in different stages of their life. Working with children and adults I've learned to teach in different styles to cater to that persons need. I am easygoing and constantly strive to create a safe and comfortable environment.
Note: My way to teaching may seem odd or funny but I promise there will always be a purpose behind it!
