About Luke
As a French tutor with 12 years of experience, I believe every student deserves lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to their individual needs. My goal is to help school and college students gain confidence while mastering the French language through practical learning.
My teaching approach focuses on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I encourage students to practice through conversations, storytelling, role-playing, presentations, and everyday communication exercises that make learning natural and enjoyable.
I make use of innovative teaching resources including digital flashcards, online language-learning platforms, educational games, French podcasts, multimedia presentations, videos, and online assessments. These techniques improve student participation and long-term understanding.
Besides French, I teach French Grammar, Spoken French, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, French Literature, DELF Preparation, Business French, French Communication Skills, and Travel French.
My mission is to help students enjoy learning French while achieving excellent academic performance and practical communication skills.

I believe that learning French should be a positive and interactive experience. My teaching methodology combines Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated to improve every day.
Before starting classes, I assess each student's language level and discuss their goals. Whether they are preparing for exams, improving communication skills, or learning French for travel or work, I prepare lessons that match their individual needs.
My teaching covers grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing through conversations, practical exercises, reading activities, writing assignments, and pronunciation practice. Students are encouraged to use French regularly so they develop confidence and fluency naturally.
Communication remains central to my teaching style. Students can ask questions without hesitation and receive patient explanations whenever needed. Constructive feedback helps them recognize their strengths while improving weaker areas.
Accountability is encouraged through structured homework, vocabulary reviews, revision plans, and regular progress evaluations. Integrity reflects my commitment to fairness, professionalism, honesty, and respect. Flexibility enables me to modify lessons according to each learner's learning style, while Positivity creates a welcoming classroom where learning remains enjoyable.
Besides French, I also teach grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary building, conversational French, reading comprehension, writing skills, exam preparation, and language learning strategies. My objective is to help students achieve confidence and fluency in French.
