About Srijan
I am pursuing my graduation from AU and I had learned Yoga for 5 to 6 yrs during my school days as it was a type of cultural activities in extra to be learned who want to learn and the reason I choose yoga as an activity because of my father he advised me to take that and talking about his benefits in the daily life so I also want to thank my father from the bottom of my heart.

As also being a student and apart from my studies I just like to do yoga and like that all type of people must do either yoga or any fitness related activities in their daily life. I just don't want to make anyone fool that you will be trained or learn all yoga exercises within a couple of days and with their respective names learned and also knowing the benefits of yoga in some days only no it's not possible because I had also learned it for 5 to 6 yrs but still I find that I am not perfect with some or the other thing in yoga. I basically focus that students who are joining or taking my classes find it interesting to do that because as we know that many people will be there who have not done yoga in their respective lives so things which are not done by audience or public or students etc it is very difficult to create interest towards that particular task i.e. yoga or any different thing so I will be focusing more towards that and I also have the thinking that if anyone is interested to learn yoga so they should be clear that with the fact that in starting you just have to do yogas less but with more perfection because in this doing yoga only does not matter the only the important thing is that with correct posture doing yoga will make a difference in your body and all other things. I hope that I will get an opportunity to do this passionate work of mine.
