About Penelope
My fascination with languages inspired me to complete a Master's in French Linguistics and begin teaching students from different backgrounds. During the past 6 years, I have helped learners improve their communication skills through patient instruction and carefully planned lessons. Every classroom experience has strengthened my passion for language education.
I enjoy creating lessons that balance grammar, conversation, pronunciation, and cultural understanding. My teaching style encourages curiosity, regular practice, and independent learning while making every student feel supported throughout their progress. I believe confidence grows through consistent encouragement and meaningful communication.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring French history, reading contemporary literature, and learning about different francophone communities. These interests help me create engaging lessons filled with authentic language experiences. Watching students communicate confidently in French remains one of the most satisfying parts of my career.

I teach French through a practical approach that makes every lesson useful and enjoyable. Students build strong skills in grammar, verb conjugation, pronunciation, vocabulary expansion, listening comprehension, reading, writing, sentence formation, and natural conversation. Every topic is introduced with simple explanations and supported by examples that are easy to understand and remember.
Each lesson is personalised according to the learner's experience and objectives. Beginners focus on essential language patterns, while advanced learners strengthen speaking confidence, writing accuracy, listening skills, idiomatic expressions, and cultural awareness. Interactive conversations, guided reading, visual activities, and structured practice help students improve with confidence.
Learning French should open the door to meaningful communication and cultural discovery. I encourage students to practise regularly, ask questions, and enjoy every milestone they achieve. My goal is to help learners become confident French speakers who can communicate naturally in real situations.
