My name is Jugoang, and I’ve taught math in both middle and high school classrooms, including AP-level courses. I bring that experience into one-on-one tutoring sessions that are calm, focused, and designed around your goals. Whether you’re trying to catch up, get ahead, or prepare for a big exam, we’ll work together to make math make sense.
What makes my teaching different? I don’t just explain the “how” — I help you understand the “why” so that you can solve new problems on your own. I’m patient, encouraging, and always ready to explain things in a way that works for you. I also bring a bilingual (English-Korean) background and a Christian teaching ethic of care and respect for every learner.
