About Isabela
I'm a certified sweet tooth who can't get out of the kitchen, even on the weekends. I enjoy baking as much as I enjoy sharing my knowledge and recipes with those who want to learn more about that side of the culinary world. If you're someone whose love language is food or wants to whip up something special every now and then, take classes with me! We'll have a great time! (and a lot of taste testing)

I'm Bela and I've been baking since I was 16! Over the course of 4 years, I had run a homebased pastry business and moved overseas to work as a Pastry Chef where I honed my recipe development and baking skills. I have certifications for baking & pastry, and barista (coffee making; basic and advanced).
I'll share with you the foundations of cakes & pastries baking and decorating, ingredient use, how to make fillings like ganache and curds, recipe development, and more!
