From the Montréal food industry, I have been working as both a chef and a pasty chef from the past 10 years. Started baking with my mom at age 9, and to this day I,never stopped! I have a deep passion for food and have tons of recipes and techniques to share

I love food science, I truly believe that in order to cook a great meal, especially when baking, you have to understand the basic food chemistry. We will go in details on to why we do the preparations that we do!
I also like to crack jokes, and have fun in the kitchen. Cooking your own food is amazing, but it can be a little stressful the first time you make something, but I'm here to help you ! I like to keep stress out of my classroom.
