About Giovana
Gio Temponi is half Brazilian, half Italian and raises her happy family in London. She has more than 15 years of experience as Pastry Chef and currently is part of the faculty team at Richmond Art School.
She has worked in renowned Kitchens such as Mosimann's, the Michellin Starred Apsley's and in special events at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
Since young age, her greatest passion is baking Cakes and treats for her family and friends.

Through online classes I can teach: how to bake delicious breads and pizza sourdough, cake decoration, baking cupcakes, chocolate truffles, cookies and brownies.
I can also offer classes on different types of cuisines such as Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Brazilian, Vegan and Vegetarian.
