About Jessica
I have recently completed my BA Hons Degree in Education and Life Long Learning and am progressing onto a PGCE in 16+ education; I have a wide range of experience working and managing a nursery working with students in 1:1and small group work. I have then worked with children/ young persons from ages 0-18 years within a range of schools and colleges and currently work for a local authority within a child and young person protection team. My passion is to educate young people and transfer my knowledge.
In my spare time, I like to help other people and give back to my community; in which this year I have worked in Africa (the Gambia) teaching different topics in Brikama university, schools and nurseries, shadowing social workers and helping local tribes and villages to develop safeguarding practices and policies for struggling children and families.
