About Darshan
Hi it's Darshan here, completed my PD diploma from Kaivalydhama it's a very old and traditional yoga college, I have worked with diverse clients, people of different age groups, and helped them achieve their goal, my Approach involves various yoga styles like, hath yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and many more.
I love the feeling of teaching yoga and achieving my clients' goals, that's what makes my day.

We will be practising different types of yoga, we will be using yogic aspects to heal the body, practices will be progressive and personalised accordingly, Approach will be traditional so that we don't lose the essence of yoga, we will be challenging our mind by discussing philosophy as well if it's your thing otherwise I won't bore you with it.
