About Belinda
I have a deep understanding of the challenges women face in balancing career, family, and self-care due to my 20+ years in the corporate world, being a Mum, Wife and also moving countries, whilst studying and setting up my own wellness business. It is not all glitz and glamour and finding the right kind balance to ensure you are not burnt out and a journey, in which you may lose 'who' you are in the process, being all things to everyone. I help my clients reconnect with their purpose, find themself and regain balance to shift their perspective to see their full potential.

I am also a qualified PT, yoga teacher, fitness & gym instructor.
