About Chloe
I am a passionate pianist with over 9 years of experience, both as a performer and a composer. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Studies, which gave me a strong foundation in technique, theory, and musical expression. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching students at all levels—from complete beginners to advanced musicians preparing for performances and exams.
My teaching philosophy is that music is a lifelong journey, and I aim to inspire my students to embrace it fully. I focus not only on technical skills but also on creativity, expression, and confidence at the keyboard. I enjoy exploring multiple genres with my students, including classical, jazz, pop, soul, R&B, and funk, helping them discover their personal style.
In my lessons, I incorporate sight-reading, improvisation, and modern tools like virtual piano apps and metronomes to make learning engaging and effective. I carefully track progress to ensure every student feels motivated and sees their growth. Performing and composing alongside teaching allows me to bring real-world insights into every session.
