About Zak
My name is Zak :)
I am currently studying at the university of Manchester, undergoing a degree in Religion and Anthropology, and have studied Philosophy and religion for over 7 years. I received a 9 in GCSE RE and an A* in A level RE. I have spent 3 years volunteering as a youth leader in my church and have lots of experience working with young people.
Above all, I am here to help you build your confidence in the subject, maximise your grades and also deepen your interest.

My lessons typically revolve around three points; recall (from previous knowledge or lessons), teaching and finally, practice. Although I find this approach most useful, I am more than open to specific student requests, such as targeting difficult topics and tackling hard questions. The most important part of my lessons are that they are devoted to helping you with your specific needs, wishes and practice, so that you can most effectively use the time to improve on your RE knowledge.
I focus on working with those preparing for their GCSE preparation, but also work with all age groups who need help wrapping their heads around difficult philosophical concepts and religions.
I have a passion for Religious education and hope to help you find a deep interest in the subject also.
