About Kara
I am a Red Seal Journeyman Landscape Horticulturalist with a diploma in Environmental Reclamation. I have worked in the industry for 10 years and every day is a new learning curve when it comes to the environment. I believe the best way to learn is by teaching others, you never know what question might lead to knowledge that is new for both parties. I spend a lot of time researching, and looking for answers to my own questions, I would be happy to share some of the information with others.

First lesson is free so we know were a good student/teacher match! We can study anything from soil to sky. I can help you with topics such as Plant Morphology, Physiology, Soil science, Hydrology, Greenhouse Fundamentals, Plant Identification, Integrated Pest Management and topics related to tree health and pruning. I am very informal and am willing to adapt to the students needs.
