About Kahina
I am a passionate and experienced Piano tutor with 8 years of teaching and professional music experience. I teach piano to school and college students and truly enjoy helping learners discover their musical potential. Teaching piano allows me to share my love for music while supporting student growth.
Over the years, I have reached meaningful milestones, including helping beginners build confidence and guiding students to play with clarity and expression. These experiences taught me that good education requires patience, understanding, and encouragement.
My lessons focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, finger technique, rhythm, and music reading. I also introduce basic music theory so students understand what they are playing and become independent learners.
I believe piano education helps students develop focus, discipline, and emotional balance. One of my proudest moments is seeing students enjoy playing music without fear or pressure.
My teaching style is calm, supportive, and flexible. I adjust lessons to each student’s pace and goals. My aim is to inspire students to enjoy piano learning and continue their musical journey with confidence.

My teaching philosophy is built on adaptability, mentorship, and creativity. I emphasise communication, ensuring students clearly understand every lesson concept, from finger techniques to music theory and expressive performance.
I adapt lessons to each student’s preferred learning style, providing visual demonstrations, listening exercises, or hands-on practice, so that lessons are effective, interactive, and enjoyable.
I use real-life examples and case studies, like performing favourite songs, analysing classical masterpieces, or exploring music’s role in media and daily life, to make lessons practical and engaging.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and beginner composition, providing students with a well-rounded musical foundation.
My methodology fosters creativity, technical mastery, and performance confidence, helping students enjoy learning piano and express themselves with confidence and artistry
