About Nita
I'm a qualified Chef with may years of Experience, I have worked at numerous World Luxury Lodges. Pastry is my Main Passion in the kitchen, I also love teaching and sharing my skills and knowledge! Not only do I offer Online training in Pastry, I also have my own Catering Company that offers many services. Amongst those services are Kids Classes, Private Chef services, Cakes as well as Cake Decorating Classes.

I base my classes on the Knowledge that I've gained by working in the Chef industry. I always start my classes with a bit of theory to better understand the basics of pastry, then the fun part starts with the Practical parts!
Each class is given step by step to ensure that nothing is rushed and the end result is perfect!
