About Quinn
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience and hold an MPhil in Mathematics. Teaching is not just about solving equations—it’s about building confidence. I help students of all ages approach math without fear and with curiosity. My focus is on reducing math anxiety through supportive strategies. I use growth mindset techniques to help students view mistakes as stepping stones. Every learner is unique, so I set personalized pacing for lessons. My teaching method in Mathematics is structured yet flexible. I focus on core topics like algebra, trigonometry, and geometry, while also guiding students through data interpretation, graphing, and statistics. I encourage learners to see the bigger picture of how maths applies in real research and problem-solving. To achieve this, I use deep textual analysis and carefully planned data exercises. Math-averse learners especially find my method supportive, as I focus on building comfort before moving to challenges.
