About Jessica
I completed my A levels last year and have loved every bit of the experience, especially psychology, which quickly became my favourite subject. Alongside psychology, I have also studied geography and religious studies, as well as completing an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
I now study Law at Durham University, but I am available
for online lessons throughout the week and on weekends.
I have also gained valuable work experience in nearby schools. Having received tutoring myself for maths, I understand that sometimes we need a bit more support outside of lessons and that it can be hard to teach ourselves.
A tutor can make all the difference, and I want to help you feel comfortable and confident throughout your studies. I have always enjoyed psychology and often created study guides and revision materials to help classmates who were struggling. Although I have chosen to study law, I have long been interested in psychology and hope to take a psychology module during my second year at university. I look forward to sharing my passion and helping you succeed in this challenging subject.

I have recently finished A Level Psychology and genuinely loved every part of the course. I am familiar with the AQA specification and understand exactly what is expected. Psychology can be a challenging subject, but I will support you every step of the way, from understanding key approaches and theories to writing strong 16-markers and mastering research methods. I have helpful resources ready, including PowerPoints, and I tailor each lesson to suit your pace and learning style. As someone who has just completed the course myself, I know what it is like and can explain things in a relatable and down-to-earth way. I am always happy to answer questions and will make sure you feel confident and well prepared. I genuinely enjoy helping others and aim to make learning psychology enjoyable, not overwhelming.
