About Lalitha
Hello!
This is Aparna. I was introduced to Meditation when I was a child and having benefitted from its many uses, have chosen to teach Meditation and spread this knowledge to as many as I can.
I currently work for a Non-Profit Organization and love to read and travel the world. I experimented a lot with Meditation and Manifestation Science and would love to have stimulating & meaningful discussions with you on this journey.

I teach Breath-Mindfulness Meditation, which is an ancient technique taught by Gautama Buddha. The beauty of this technique is it's so very simple and can be practised by anyone, anytime and anywhere.
