About Tian
I am a student who would like to use my experience in Art, design, and Illustration to help others who are eager to learn and improve their art. I was enrolled in Art Center College of Design and can help with portfolio preparation as well. Currently I am studying Illustration in a Japanese Art University near Kyoto. I have been independently tutoring various students in art for the past 3 years and have been able to monitor and aid their progress.

Perfect! Amazing and kind teacher with great advice on how to improve.
Perfect! Tian is a fantastic drawing tutor for my kid! I like that he tailors his instruction and assignments to my kid’s current interests which keeps my kid engaged and helps foster a love of drawing. He is supportive and they have a wonderful rapport.
Perfect! Tian is a very talented artist and a very patient teacher. He is very calm and patient when teaching my 8 and 10 year old. He is very encouraging in pointing out what was good and giving advice on how to improve. Both have shown improvements in their drawing abilities in just a few sessions. Thank you Tian!

Perfect! Great teacher
Perfect! My 6 year old loved this class. Very good class with stories and drawings. She is a real artist,, and does a great job showing step by step how to draw basic skills from shape. She also is able to hold the attention of this class even in this online format. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect! Tian has been teaching me for half a year, and it was amazing. We started with drawing spheres, and now he’s helping me to express my imagination.
He is a very professional and talented illustrator. As a teacher, he is always really patient in explaining, very friendly, and comfortable to communicate with. Also, his way of teaching is easy to understand and personalized.
