About Dhruv
I’m currently a student at the University of Bath studying International Development with Economics. Having graduated college with A* in both Maths and Economics. I am passionate about Economics and Maths, and am able to teach the subject to them effectively and with confidence to A-level and GCSE level, respectively.
At school, I studied the OCR specification for both Maths and Economics, as such it is my preference to teach this specification, but I am able to teach others as well.
As a recipient of tutoring during my own GCSE and A-level days, I can understand the need for a friendly face to provide that extra cushion to your education, by giving you extra support in your weaker topics. As such I believe I endeavour to be a fun, engaging tutor, passionate to help students achieve the best grades that they can!

My teaching style includes teaching from PowerPoints followed by setting homework that can be scanned and sent to me, a few days in advance of our lessons so that I can prepare relevant feedback.
In the past I have provided GCSE Maths tutoring, both in-person and online, to students and have seen them respond positively to my style of tutoring, via improved results. This experience has enabled me to gain experience with, and become proficient at using online tools to aid with my teaching.
