About Nicole
I've worked with many students in the past, tutoring through all years of my high-school. All of my students achieved at least a 2 point increase in their IB subject or a 10% increase in percentage scores on exams for non-IB students. In my two years before IB, I had an overall grade average of 97%. I love teaching, and I plan to do it as a profession. I received the maximum mark of 7 in IB Biology HL, and did the Biotechnology option. I'm currently a combined masters and bachelors student at the University of Sheffield studying genetics, a subject which I'm extremely passionate about.

I gave tutoring classes to all middle school and high-school students, including GCSE and A-levels. I'm especially confident teaching IB subjects.
The way I teach is very student focused. I believe that not only is it important for me to be able to explain concepts clearly, but to be able to adapt to my students by listening to their advice and questions. Whether analogies or repeated explanations are what's best for you, I'll be sure to make things entertaining because I believe that making lessons entertaining is what makes students remember better.
