About Jayne
I am an experienced Spanish tutor with over 7 years of teaching college students. My goal is to make learning Spanish practical, interactive, and fun while helping students build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
My teaching style is creative, adaptive, and engaging. I use role-playing, storytelling, games, conversation practice, and multimedia resources to make lessons effective and enjoyable. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and goals.
I focus on accountability and structured progress. Together, we set goals, track improvements, and strengthen skills in all areas of Spanish. I also integrate literature, history, and culture to provide a deeper understanding of the language.

My teaching methodology for Spanish combines creativity, understanding, and accountability. I focus on helping students communicate naturally and gain confidence in using the language.
I use creative teaching methods such as role plays, storytelling, dialogues, visuals, and real-life examples. Grammar is explained in simple language and practised through speaking and writing. This helps students understand concepts easily.
As a mentor, I guide students to think critically, analyse sentences, and correct mistakes. I encourage curiosity, questions, and independent learning to strengthen their language skills.
Accountability is an essential part of my approach. I provide regular practice, feedback, and progress tracking. Students are encouraged to stay responsible and consistent in their learning.
Along with Spanish, I also teach communication skills, pronunciation improvement, vocabulary development, cultural awareness, and exam preparation. My goal is to help students become fluent and confident Spanish users.
