About Dr Rukma
With a PhD in Communication and over a decade's work experience, I feel strongly about effective, correct expression - both verbal and nonverbal, including their vocal and nonvocal components. I have conducted workshops in the area of communication for both the academic and corporate sectors. I have written for publications, I edit books and I blog occasionally.
