About Roheemot
My name is Roheemah Bisiriyu, and I am passionate about teaching, learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others develop a deeper understanding of Arabic and Islamic Studies. My educational journey has given me a foundation in both Arabic and Islamic education, having completed my primary and secondary education in Arabic and Islamic Studies and obtained my school-leaving certificate.
My background has helped me develop an appreciation for the importance of knowledge, discipline, continuous learning, and the role education plays in shaping an individual's understanding and personal development. I believe that education is not simply about memorizing information or passing examinations; it is also about building confidence, developing useful skills, asking meaningful questions, and gaining the ability to apply what one has learned.
As someone with a background in Arabic and Islamic Studies, I understand that students may approach these subjects with different levels of knowledge, interests, and learning abilities. Some may be taking their first steps in Arabic, while others may already possess some knowledge and wish to improve. Similarly, students studying Islamic Studies may need clear explanations, structured lessons, and opportunities to revisit topics they find challenging. I believe every learner deserves an opportunity to learn in an environment where questions are welcomed and understanding is given priority.
One of the things that interests me about teaching is the opportunity to make learning easier and more accessible to others. I believe that a good learning experience begins with patience, clear communication, encouragement, and a willingness to explain concepts in different ways when necessary. My aim is to help students feel comfortable during lessons, express their difficulties freely, and develop the confidence to participate actively rather than remain silent when they do not understand something.
I am particularly interested in using technology to improve the learning experience. In today's world, online education provides wonderful opportunities for students to acquire knowledge from almost anywhere. This is why I offer virtual lessons and make use of digital teaching resources to support communication and understanding. I use a virtual whiteboard to write, explain, demonstrate, and organize lesson content in a way that students can follow more easily. I also make use of different digital tools to encourage participation and create a more interactive and productive learning environment.
I believe that technology, when used thoughtfully, can make online lessons more than just a conversation over the internet. It can help create a structured virtual classroom where teachers and students communicate effectively, explore ideas, practice skills, and work towards specific learning goals. My intention is to use these resources to make lessons clear, organized, engaging, and suitable for the learner's level.
As a tutor, I value patience, respect, commitment, and effective communication. I understand that learning something new can sometimes feel challenging, especially when a student is unfamiliar with the subject. Rather than expecting every student to understand everything immediately, I believe in taking learning step by step, providing explanations, encouraging practice, and giving learners opportunities to improve. I want students to feel encouraged by their progress and motivated to continue learning.
I also believe that a positive relationship between a tutor and a student contributes greatly to effective learning. Students learn better when they feel respected, listened to, and supported. For this reason, I aim to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere in my virtual classroom, where learners can ask questions, request clarification, and communicate their learning needs.
My interest in Arabic and Islamic Studies goes beyond simply presenting information. I appreciate the value of developing a strong foundation, understanding concepts correctly, and approaching learning with seriousness and curiosity. I want to help learners build their knowledge progressively, strengthen their understanding, and develop a positive attitude towards their studies.
I welcome learners who are willing to learn, practice, ask questions, and improve. Whether you are a beginner looking to establish a foundation in Arabic, a student seeking additional support with Arabic or Islamic Studies, or a parent searching for online lessons for your child, I aim to make the learning process clear, supportive, and worthwhile.
I understand that every student has individual goals, and I believe lessons should be approached with those goals in mind. By combining my educational background, commitment to learning, interactive virtual teaching methods, and willingness to support students throughout their learning journey, I hope to contribute positively to each learner's academic development.
Ultimately, my goal is to make learning a meaningful experience in which students gain not only knowledge but also confidence, motivation, and a willingness to keep improving. I look forward to connecting with learners who are ready to take the next step in their educational journey and helping them work towards their learning goals, one lesson at a time.
**If you are looking for a patient, approachable, and committed online tutor for Arabic and Islamic Studies, I would be delighted to be part of your learning journey. Let's learn, grow, and make meaningful progress together!

My lessons are designed to provide students with a comfortable, engaging, interactive, and effective virtual learning experience. I believe that learning Arabic and Islamic Studies should not be difficult, boring, or intimidating. Instead, it should be an enjoyable and rewarding journey that allows every student to develop knowledge, confidence, understanding, and a genuine interest in what they are learning.
I offer my lessons entirely online, making it possible for students to learn from the comfort of their homes, regardless of their location. Whether you are a complete beginner, a young learner taking your first steps in Arabic, a student seeking to improve your existing knowledge, or someone interested in deepening your understanding of Islamic Studies, my approach is designed to make learning accessible, organised, and meaningful.
One of the special features of my lessons is the use of a **virtual whiteboard**, which helps me communicate ideas clearly and explain lessons in a simple, structured, and practical manner. Rather than relying solely on verbal explanations, I can write, demonstrate, illustrate, and organise information on the whiteboard so that students can follow each stage of the lesson more easily. This makes it easier to explain Arabic letters, words, sentence structures, reading exercises, grammatical concepts, and important topics in Islamic Studies.
In addition to the virtual whiteboard, I make use of different digital tools, educational resources, and interactive teaching materials to create an effective online learning environment. These tools help me present lessons in different ways, encourage active participation, reinforce understanding, and make learning more interesting. My aim is to ensure that students are not merely listening to a lesson but are also actively involved in the learning process.
**My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, interaction, and gradual improvement.** I understand that students have different learning abilities, levels of understanding, and speeds of progress. For this reason, I aim to explain concepts in a way that is appropriate to each learner's level. When a student finds a topic challenging, I can revisit the explanation, provide additional examples, break the concept into smaller steps, and give the student an opportunity to practise until the lesson becomes clearer.
For Arabic lessons, learning can begin with the foundations and progress according to the student's needs and existing knowledge. This may include recognising Arabic letters, understanding their different forms, developing pronunciation, reading Arabic words, building vocabulary, learning basic grammar, and improving reading and writing skills. The specific content will depend on the student's goals and the level of Arabic they wish to achieve.
For Islamic Studies, lessons can focus on building a clearer understanding of relevant Islamic knowledge, concepts, teachings, and principles appropriate to the student's level. I aim to present the subject in an organised and understandable manner, helping students engage thoughtfully with what they learn while developing a stronger foundation in their studies.
I also value communication between the teacher and the student. My virtual classroom is intended to be a space where learners can ask questions, seek clarification, participate in exercises, and express difficulties without feeling embarrassed. I believe that asking questions is an important part of learning, and I encourage students to communicate whenever something is unclear. This helps me identify areas that require more attention and adjust my explanations accordingly.
To make lessons more productive, I aim to structure each session around clear learning objectives. Depending on the subject and the student's level, a lesson may include a brief review of previous knowledge, an introduction to a new topic, a clear explanation using the virtual whiteboard, practical examples, interactive exercises, questions and answers, and a short review of what has been learned. This organised approach helps students connect new information with previous lessons and gradually build a stronger understanding of the subject.
I also recognise the importance of practice and consistency. Learning a language or developing knowledge of a subject requires regular effort, encouragement, and revision. I therefore encourage students to review what they have learned, practise their skills, and identify areas where they would like further explanation. Where appropriate, additional exercises or revision activities can help reinforce important concepts between lessons.
My goal is to create a learning experience that combines the convenience of online education with clear explanations, useful digital tools, active participation, and individual attention. I want students to feel that their learning matters, their questions are welcome, and their progress is worth celebrating.
Whether you are enrolling for yourself or looking for online lessons for your child, I aim to provide a respectful, supportive, and organised learning environment where lessons are approached with care and seriousness.
**Join me for an online learning experience where knowledge is explained clearly, technology makes learning more interactive, and every lesson is an opportunity to grow in understanding and confidence.

Good, I knew her by greeting me every morning, and I think she is someone you can move with. When she asked me some questions, I said in my mind that this is what I like in my opposite gender.
She shared her experience on building personal skills, and I can see that she has big dreams to chase...see moreRoheemat is my blood sister, she is intelligent and extremely diligent and confident in her field.
She is always outshine her siblings in every educational aspects and that makes us learn from her morally and academically.
She is kind, discipline and always find solutions.Roheemot is not only my tutor but also a dedicated and passionate Islamic Studies teacher. Her love for Islamic knowledge, patience, and commitment to teaching make her an excellent tutor. I confidently recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful Islamic education 🤍
It is with genuine enthusiasm that I recommend Roheemot for any role involving education, mentoring, or student development. In every interaction I have observed, Roheemot demonstrates a rare ability to build confidence in young people—quietly, consistently, and effectively.
Roheemot does not simply teach content; they create an environment where students feel safe enough to try, fail, and try again. They notice the quiet student who doubts their own ability and find natural ways to draw that student forward—through precise encouragement, carefully chosen challenges, and public recognition of genuine effort rather than empty praise. Students leave conversations with Roheemot standing a little taller. They begin to believe that their voice matters and that improvement is possible.
What sets Roheemot apart is the combination of high expectations and deep empathy. They refuse to lower the bar, yet they never leave a student stranded. Instead, they break difficult material into manageable steps, celebrate incremental progress, and model the kind of calm persistence that students eventually adopt as their own. Over time, this approach transforms hesitation into competence and self-doubt into quiet self-assurance.
I have watched students who once avoided participation begin volunteering answers, students who once hid their work start sharing it proudly, and students who once believed “I’m just not good at this” revise that belief through evidence of their own growth. These shifts are not accidental. They are the direct result of Roheemot’s deliberate, patient, and highly skilled practice of confidence-building.
Any institution, program, or team that values student growth would be fortunate to have Roheemot among them. They do more than instruct—they expand what students believe is possible for themselves. I recommend them without reservation.
SHE'S MY SISTER
Roheemot is not only my sister but also a dedicated and passionate Islamic Studies teacher. Her love for Islamic knowledge, patience, and commitment to teaching make her an excellent tutor. I confidently recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful Islamic education. 🤍One thing I really like about Roheemot is how much she cares about her students understanding what she teaches. She doesn’t mind explaining the same topic over and over again until her students get it. She’s patient, dedicated, and genuinely wants her students to learn, not just finish a lesson. I think that’s what makes her a good teacher, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an Islamic Studies tutor.
I know Roheemot as a trustworthy, organized, and deeply committed educator. She takes genuine care in tailoring her lessons to fit the student's pace and learning style. Her calm demeanor and deep grasp of the subject make her an outstanding mentor. I recommend Roheemot to any Superprof member looking for a reliable and inspiring teacher.

I wholeheartedly recommend Roheemot to anyone seeking an exceptional, dedicated, and trustworthy teacher of Islamic Studies. What makes her stand out is not simply her knowledge of the subject, but also her ability to make learning meaningful, engaging, and accessible to students with different levels of understanding. She brings patience, commitment, and a genuine passion for teaching, creating a supportive learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and developing their knowledge with confidence.
One of the qualities I particularly appreciate in Roheemot is her understanding that every student learns differently. Rather than treating learning as a one-way process, she recognises the importance of clear explanations, encouragement, and a student-centred approach. Her teaching philosophy reflects the belief that education should go beyond memorising information; it should help students understand what they learn, appreciate its significance, and apply their knowledge meaningfully.
Islamic Studies is a subject that deserves to be taught with care, clarity, responsibility, and respect. She understands the importance of helping learners develop a sound understanding of Islamic teachings while fostering good character, discipline, respect, and positive values. Her dedication to this field makes her a promising choice for students who wish to strengthen their Islamic knowledge, as well as parents looking for a teacher who takes their children's learning seriously.
I believe that a great teacher is someone who makes students feel encouraged rather than intimidated, supported rather than overlooked, and motivated rather than discouraged. These are the qualities that make Her worthy of consideration. Her approachable nature, commitment to helping learners, and passion for sharing knowledge can make the learning experience more rewarding and enjoyable.
Whether you are a beginner seeking to build a strong foundation in Islamic Studies or a student hoping to deepen your existing understanding, I would encourage you to consider learning with her. She offers the kind of teaching approach that places importance on both the learning process and the student's progress.
If you are searching for an Islamic Studies tutor who values knowledge, patience, understanding, and meaningful learning, She is someone worth considering. I confidently recommend her to prospective students and parents looking for a supportive and dedicated tutor. Choosing the right teacher can make a remarkable difference in a student's educational journey, and I believe She has the qualities to make that journey a positive and worthwhile experience.View more recommendations
