About Claire

I’ve been teaching for over fourteen years now and I love my job!! I started as a private tutor seven years ago and now teach English from Y1 - Y11 and maths Y1 - Y8. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and get a massive ‘buzz’ when the lightbulb moment happens and children/young people finally understand what they are being taught. Children/young people are brilliant, quirky, funny and great to spend time with. It’s the best job in the world.

About the lesson

I am fully up to date with safeguarding and Prevent training and continuously build on my professional development (CPD). I have an excellent track record of achieving outstanding results with my students. Every lesson is carefully tailored to meet each learner’s individual needs, ensuring engaging, effective, and personalised support. Close to my home in Bristol I can do in house lessons, further a field will be online.
