I have done a diploma in stress management and personal couching. I have 10 years experience in helping people overcome stress management problems and become more positive people in the society. I have made sure that stress will not hinder one's goals in life.

About the lesson

I normally give out notes first and then explain the same using real life examples including my own personal experience. I give mt students time to express themselves what they think is the best way for them to understand better.
