About Susan
I have practised Biokinetics for 15 years, while training and racing as an Elite Cross-triathlete. I enjoy furthering my own education and am in the process of completing a master's degree at UCT. I've always had a passion for Biology, including anatomy, physiology, and the use of exercise to optimise physical and mental wellbeing. Helping others meeting their goals is immensely fulfilling. I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in 2022 and realised a love for teaching and guiding students.

Information is broken down into bite sized chunks and used in practical ways to help understanding and memory retention. I enjoy the content and endeavour to impart that onto my students.
